Our Mission

   At our dental office, we are committed to providing you with the highest standard of care. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities. We strive to ensure that you fully understand your individual dental needs and feel at ease throughout your treatment.

Appointments

   Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and strive to minimize any waiting. As a courtesy, we will contact you via phone, text, or email to confirm your appointment. Please confirm to prevent any confusion or cancellations.

   If the office is closed or we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances like a staff emergency or inclement weather, we will contact you as soon as possible.

   We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Patients who do not provide notice or miss their scheduled appointments may be charged a cancellation fee.

Insurance

   Our team is dedicated to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will bill your insurance company directly and provide you with an estimated copay based on your current coverage. Please note that any estimated copays are due at the time of service.

   While we strive to provide accurate estimates, insurance coverage can be complex and varies between policies. Therefore, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please understand that all copay estimates are not binding. Your final out-of-pocket cost may differ from the initial estimate due to factors beyond our control.

   Once your procedure is complete, we will submit a claim to your insurance company. The insurance company will then determine the final fees, the amount they will cover, and your patient responsibility. As a result, there is a possibility of a balance due or a credit on your account, depending on your insurance company's final determination.   Please remember that processing your dental insurance is a courtesy provided by our office. We are unable to bill your medical insurance for any procedures.
