Your appointment time in this office is reserved exclusively just for you. We respect your time and make every effort to keep you from waiting. We request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to charge patients who do not give notice, or who fail to keep their scheduled appointments, an appropriate cancellation fee.
Insurance
Our office accepts most major PPO insurance plans, along with some Medicaid and Medicare dental plans. We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and will bill your insurance company directly.
At the time of service, you will only be responsible for your estimated copay. However, please note that insurance coverage varies widely, and we can only estimate your out-of-pocket costs based on the information provided by your insurance company. Due to the complexities of insurance contracts, we cannot guarantee coverage. Therefore, all copays are estimates and may change based on your insurance company's final payment.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid in full at the time of service. Please understand that processing your dental insurance is a courtesy we provide, and we are unable to bill your medical insurance for any procedures.
